Yeronga Vet is currently seeking a dedicated Dog Trainer and Behaviourist to become part of our popular clinic based in South Brisbane.

About the Role
Are you a qualified experienced and reputable dog trainer and behaviourist confident in providing Puppy Pre-School Adolescent Training and Behaviour Services across a weekday evening and/or weekend.
Who Were Looking For
- A professional energetic and engaging style to ensure our clients and their puppies experience an enriching and rewarding session together.
- Experienced in teaching young puppies 8-15 weeks (pre-school) trust and socialisation skills cues and commands introducing toilet and crate training and lead techniques.
- Passionate about helping owners and puppies learn through both enrichment and obedience training sessions grooming and nutrition.
- Creating a happy and healthy bond with adolescent dogs with more advanced training and one on one care throughout their teenage months.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of puppy and dog behaviour nurturing and wellness distractors and motivators fear free techniques and positive reinforcement.
- Ability to educate clients on our puppy vet services and wellness programs.
