Job Description
- Provide urgent care to animals in need including diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries.
- Perform surgeries and other medical procedures as needed.
- Prescribe medications and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and provide clear communication with clients about their pets health.
- DVM or equivalent degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an urgent care environment.
- Active license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Texas (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong clinical decision-making abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible Schedule with Swing/Second Shift options.
