This Certified Nurse Practitionerwillsplit a caseload in our Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) andQuincy Outpatient Clinic.
The CCS program provides staff-secure safe and structured 24/7 crisis stabilization and treatment services in a community-based program that serves as a medically necessary less restrictive and voluntary alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
Our Quincy Outpatient Clinic has been recentlydesignatedas aCommunity Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) which is part of a new state initiative designed to provide accessible andequitablemental health care to children families and adults!
Schedule:In-person full-time40 hoursper week Monday Friday days
Location:460 Quincy AveQuincy(moving to54MillerStreet Quincy inAugust2025)

Requirements:
  • Masters in Psychiatric Nursing from an ANA accredited School of Nursing
  • Continuing education credits as required by the ANA certification of expanded role authorization
  • Licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Nursing Registration
  • American Nursing Association Certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
  • Registration with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Healthin accordance withMGL C. 94C
  • DEA # showing registration with the US Federal Drug Enforcement Administration
  • Medicare Provider
  • Clozaril Certification strongly preferred
  • Extensive work/training (3-5 years) in a behavioral healthcare setting
  • Must have experience prescribing for adults experience prescribing for both adults and children is preferred but notrequired
  • Prior experience working with dual diagnosis
  • Mustdemonstratethorough knowledge ofpsychopharm-therapeutics beyond generic nursing education
