Service Department- Appointment Coordinator (BDC)
The Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for receiving all incoming service calls establishing relationships with customers and scheduling appointments for the Service department.
The Service Appointment Coordinator interacts daily with the BDC Manager Service Advisors Service Manager support staff and customers. This is a great starting position to get on the team with opportunities to grow!

High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
