The Ideal Candidate


We are looking for an attorney with astrong background in plaintiff personal injury litigation and managing employees including:

  • Trial Experience Extensive first-chair and second-chair trial experience
  • Trial Preparation & Motions Practice Skilled in preparing cases for trial and handling complex motions
  • Leadership & Mentorship Ability to supervise and develop less experienced attorneys paralegals case managers and staff
  • Decision-Making & Growth Mindset Independent thinker who can drive the firms litigation team forward

How to Qualify

To qualify for this position you must have litigated at least 10 personal injury jury trials. Our firm is committed to ongoing innovation and ensuring all employees find fulfillment in their work on behalf of clients. Our technology and approach are on par with larger firms while maintaining the flexibility and camaraderie of a smaller practice. Candidates will need to undergo a background and reference check.

Compensation:

  • Generous Base Salary and much more available in total compensation origination bonus and performance-based bonus compensation. Total compensation may be $750000 or even greater depending on your efforts client originations and incentive pay. Your compensation will be re-evaluated on a regular basis to ensure competitiveness with the market. There are also bonuses given based on the amount you have brought to the firm. Further incentives are based on the production of the department.

Are you a highly motivated attorney passionate about achieving justice for personal injury clients In this role you will be responsible for the full spectrum of litigation from filing lawsuits to representing clients in trials and post-trial proceedings. Youll collaborate closely with a dedicated team including providing guidance to litigation paralegals and case managers and supervising attorneys within your POD.


Your ability to effectively direct our international team members will be crucial. We encourage a results-oriented approach with bonus opportunities available to those who consistently strive for and achieve optimal settlements or trial victories all while managing a demanding caseload and accurately tracking your time.

  • Bachelors degree with a law degree from an accredited law school such as a JD LLM or JSD
  • Membership in The State Bar of Georgia is required; additional bar memberships would be advantageous
  • A minimum of ten (10) 1st or 2nd chair jury trials in personal injury should have been handled along with experience in bench trials appellate work motions mediation and arbitration
  • Strong written and oral communication skills a writing sample is required and experience with appellate briefs or similar documents is preferred
  • Proficiency in research drafting and negotiating is a must
  • The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines is necessary
  • A strong fighting spirit and dedication to advocating for optimal results in litigation are crucial
