Marymoor Park is one of King Countys most popular public spaces welcoming a diverse range of visitors year-round. As a Parking Attendant youll play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for park guests. This is a fast-paced outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys working with people managing traffic flow and helping ensure smooth operations during busy days and events.
About the Role:
Marymoor Park hosts a wide variety of events from summer concerts and sports tournaments to community festivals making this a dynamic and engaging role.In this temporary position youll assist visitors with parking direct traffic and provide helpful park information. Youll also support the parking enforcement program by helping to manage compliance with the parks parking fee ordinance. Its a great opportunity for someone who values working outdoors interacting with the public and contributing to a dynamic team-oriented environment.
We have varied schedules in the evenings and weekends giving you the option of choosing the events that works best for your schedule.
Being part of the Recreation Partnership and Property Management Section means youll likely collaborate with various teams to help make the park a welcoming space for all visitors. Your work in parking management along with your customer service ties into the broader goal of providing an excellent park experience for the community.
This position blends outdoors work with being part of a larger team dedicated to improving the park for everyone.

What You Will Be Doing:
Provide excellent in-person customer service to park visitors
Direct traffic and vehicles to designated parking areas to maintain smooth safe traffic flow.
Assist guests by providing general park and event information
Assist in other special events monitoring and parking fee management duties as assigned.
