Youll be focused on acquiring and working closely with clients to transform their learning systems and foster continuous growth.
Conduct qualification meetings deliver platform demonstrations and effectively respond to RFPs RFIs and new client inquiries
Achieve new business revenue targets of circa 600K-700K per annum
Engage in targeted outreach to build a strong sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams on strategic campaigns
Maintain regular client follow-ups to strengthen relationships ensure satisfaction and uncover new business opportunities
Drive renewals and retention by managing accounts with a proactive approach to client needs and goals
Partner with customer success and marketing teams to identify upsell opportunities and support lead generation initiatives
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to build partnerships and increase brand visibility

Experience
Previous experience in a business development or sales role within a SaaS or learning platform environment Track record of achieving sales targets building client rapport and understanding organisational learning needs
Skills
Extensive experience in new business development especially in client-focused growth-driven roles
Strong client relationship and account management skills with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
In-depth understanding of LMS/LXP and similar technologies
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Proficient in English; additional language skills in French or Dutch are an advantage
