Job Description
Job Context:French Description follows
We are seeking a candidate with strong expertise in ITIL practices. This is not an APS role. The selected candidate will be responsible for high-level ITIL governance and must have deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks and processes.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks
Significant hands-on experience with incident change problem and release management
Experience in data gathering and generating reports/visuals using Power BI
Proficiency with ServiceNow (must be able to extract data from SN to Power BI)
Excellent communication skills
Experience in major/incident management change management service requests and problem/risk management
Assets:
Knowledge of scripting and automation
Experience with traditional APS tools (UNIX/Linux Shell SQL etc.)
Additional Information:
Two client interviews will be required

Contexte du poste :
Nous recherchons un candidat ayant une solide expertise des pratiques ITIL. Ce nest pas un poste APS. La personne slectionne sera responsable de la gouvernance ITIL un niveau lev et devra possder une connaissance approfondie des cadres et processus ITIL.
Qualifications obligatoires :

Solide connaissance des processus et cadres ITIL
Exprience significative en gestion des incidents des changements des problmes et des mises en production
Exprience en collecte de donnes et en gnration de rapports/visualisations avec Power BI
Matrise de ServiceNow (capacit extraire des donnes de SN vers Power BI)
Excellentes comptences en communication
Exprience en gestion des incidents majeurs gestion des changements demandes de service et gestion des problmes/risques
Atouts :
Connaissance en script et automatisation
Exprience avec les outils APS classiques (UNIX/Linux Shell SQL etc.)
Informations complmentaires :
Deux entrevues client seront requises.
