You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a growth-minded Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Local Commercial Marketing team! If you thrive in a data-driven performance-oriented environment and love bringing campaigns to life across search social and display channels this could be the perfect fit. In this role youll help drive measurable business impact through high-performing paid and organic digital programs all while helping shape the future of digital marketing at scale.
As a key contributor to our Local Commercial growth engine youll collaborate across internal teams and media partners to execute campaign strategy manage landing page content analyze data and uncover opportunities for conversion optimization.
HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in the office every other week (TuesThurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads LinkedIn Meta and other platforms
Execute high-impact digital campaigns that drive traffic leads and revenue all aligned with Local Commercial goals
Run structured A/B and test-and-learn programs for YouTube lead generation listings and more
Own and enhance our LinkedIn presence with smart integration of paid and organic tactics
Collaborate with media teams and partners to ensure performance ROI and spend efficiency
Build high-converting landing pages and campaign content using CMS tools
Track commercial website traffic and behavior to drive CRO and UX improvements
Lead SEO initiatives (technical and content) to boost search visibility and inbound leads
Analyze digital performance and create actionable reports to optimize campaigns
Share trends test results and best practices to build a culture of digital innovation
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
35 years in digital marketing (B2B preferred) with hands-on experience in paid search display social and retargeting
Proven track record of driving lead gen and revenue in a multi-location or distributed business
Expertise in Google Ads Meta LinkedIn Campaign Manager and related ad platforms
Comfortable managing website content landing pages and SEO programs
Solid understanding of CRO UX GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Highly analytical and action-oriented you turn data into results
Strong communicator with cross-functional collaboration chops
Passion for scalable testable digital marketing strategies that deliver results
NICE TO HAVES
HTML CSS or JavaScript familiarity
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Figma or similar design tools
B2B-specific SEO and SEM strategy experience
