2) studying existing programs and policies aimed at addressing issues of housing stability eviction and affordability;
3) developing comprehensive housing plans in partnership with local government nonprofit partners and community members.
As Project Analyst you will engage with the above projects by designing conducting and analyzing surveys interviews and focus groups; coordinating logistics within and across project teams; and working collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team. The Project Analyst will work across several project teams as well as work closely with the Director and Faculty Director; the Project Analyst report directly to the Director of HIP.
Job Responsibilities:
Works with HIP staff to conduct primarily qualitative research (50%)
Manages research implementation tasks such as preparing IRB submissions scheduling interviews managing human subject payments and other tasks necessary to carrying out research (10%)
Provides administrative and office support by organizing meetings coordinating data use agreements and financial tasks like budget preparation and invoicing maintaining office supplies and equipment and other efforts as assigned (40%)
