Job Description
Our client a well-regarded and growing plaintiff-side employment law firm based in El Segundo is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to support their team of attorneys. This is a full-time in-office position focused on both wage & hour class actions and individual employment law cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide litigation support for attorneys handling complex employment matters
- Draft legal documents assist with discovery organize case files and maintain calendaring
- Communicate with clients and third parties in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in trial preparation and case management from inception to resolution
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience preferably in employment law or civil litigation
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills; capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required
