Warehouse Technician
This position will report to Regional Field Service Manager. Work hours will be from 7 am to 3:30 pm.
Responsibilities:
Receiving/inspecting goods and verifying items against the shipment record
Gathering verifying and packing items for shipment according to specifications and the applicable transportation method
Recording received and shipped items.
Maintain oil processing trailers including maintenance repairs etc. that make sure everything is aligned and organized.
Maintain an active CDL to drive tractors with/without trailers for inspection
Setting day-to-day operational objectives for team
Manage vehicle maintenance registration insurance etc.
Maintain calibration of all test equipment
Arrange for repairs to test equipment dry air machines and other company equipment.
Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex.
Ensures policies practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports customers and stakeholders.
Maintain company equipment in an organized 5S manner.
Previous warehousing and/or shipping experience is preferred for this position.
Requirements:
Associate degree and 2 years experience or High School diploma and 5 years experience in manufacturing/service warehouse environment .
Be available evenings and weekends to respond to emergency needs for field service.
Ability to operate forklift effectively.
Outstanding leadership organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Experience in SAP is highly recommended.
