We are looking for UKG Solution Architect with Kronos WFC to UKG Pro WFM Migration experience with valid VISA to work in US and to be available to work on site in the Dallas Texas area
Experience: 5years
Notice period: Immediate- 30days
Length of Contract 6 months

We are seeking an experienced UKG Solution Architect with a strong background in migration projects specifically from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (Pro WFM). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and designing scalable enterprise applications and ensure alignment of proposed solution with business objectives.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced UKG Solution Architect with a strong background in migration projects specifically from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (Pro WFM). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and designing scalable enterprise applications and ensure alignment of proposed solution with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable secure and high-performance architecture for enterprise applications.
- Guide technical teams across the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Collaborate with business analysts project managers and stakeholders to gather and validate technical requirements. Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional technical specifications.
- Ensure alignment of the proposed solution with business goals and objectives.
- Design end-to-end architecture including integration with legacy systems data flow APIs cloud infrastructure and third-party applications.
- Create architectural blueprints and documentation that outline system components data models and communication protocols.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and organizational standards.
- Ensure solutions comply with security and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with project managers to estimate efforts identify risks and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to development and operations teams during implementation.
- Assist in resolving critical technical issues across the development and operations lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed documentation of architecture designs decisions and technical roadmaps.
- 5 years of experience in leading and designing scalable and secure architecture of enterprise applications.
- Proven experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and UKG Pro Workforce Management (Pro WFM) migration projects.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Proven experience of providing technical mentorship and support to consultants development team and operation team during implementation
