About the Role:

The Senior Finance Manager for Infrastructure organizations will be a key strategic partner to the supply chain and hardware engineering leadership teams. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of server hardware and DC infrastructure including FP&A BOM supply chain engineering and tech design support. The Senior Finance Manager will provide critical insights and support to drive governance of all hardware costs and data center investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning and analysis process for the supply chain and technical design organizations including forecasting budgeting and long-term planning.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Tech Design: Partner with engineering teams to optimize financial considerations regarding the design of upcoming compute and networking hardware
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with operations supply chain and engineering leadership to develop and implement strategies that support business objectives and enhance financial performance.
  • Hardware Costing: Align with supply chain product and hardware engineering on all infrastructure rate cards and support all future infrastructure BOM costing.
  • Cost Optimization: Partner with DC Infrastructure and supply chain leadership to optimize hardware cost across the portfolio.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including product capacity planning and sales to support overall business goals.

Minimum Qualifications;

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience in a senior financial leadership role preferably within the technology or AI sector.
  • Extensive experience with financial modeling tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $135000 to $198000 and $162000 to $238000 accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
