Duties/Responsibilities:
- Generates sales among client accounts including upselling and cross-selling.
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers.
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
- Ensures clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
- Communicates client needs and demands to management.
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
- Manages projects within client relationships working to carry out client goals while also meeting company goals.
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Coordinates with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
- Services multiple clients concurrently often meeting deadlines.
- Keeps records of client transactions.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Must have a minimum of five years of experience in sales and/or account support role
- Industry experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Salesforce experience preferred
