We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinicianwho understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.
Requirements:
Specialty: RN - Emergency Medicine
Licensure: Unrestricted AZ or compact license
Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS TNCC IV certification/moderate sedation
Experience: 3 years of experience required
Schedule: 36/48 hours rotating weekly
Job Duties
Plans implements evaluates and delivers patient care based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Monitors records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care including patient transfer discharge referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age culture condition and circumstances.
Maintains clinical skills and competency through orientation annual and ongoing education and clinical practice.
Follows Tribal Health and client specific policy and procedures.
All other duties as assigned and specified by clinical assignment and site.
