Role Overview - Supervisor Support Manager:
As a Supervisor Support Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our clients. You will be leading a team of dedicated professionals fostering a culture of compassion excellence and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of direct care staff including Home Health Aides Personal Care Assistants and Direct Support Professionals.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of care provided adhering to policies and best practices.
Training and Development: Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.
Client Relations: Work closely with clients and families to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Administrative Duties: Oversee scheduling staff evaluations and compliance with regulatory standards.

Education: Bachelors degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration Social Work etc.).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within healthcare or disability support services.
Skills: Strong leadership communication and organizational skills. Empathy and ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
Requirements: Valid drivers license personal vehicle and proof of insurance. Must be at least 18 years of age.
