The Embassy Suites by Hilton Milpitas Silicon Valley is looking for a Part-Time Night Auditor to join the team! This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to grow in the Hospitality industry. We are a 267-room hotel off I-680 11 miles from Silicon Valley and San Jose. Were 10 minutes from the Great Mall and 20 minutes from Levis Stadium.

Hourly Rate: The hourly rate for this role is $22.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Shift Pattern: The typical shift start time will be 11:00PM and the typical end time will be 7:30AM.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience is required
- Experience as a hotel front desk clerk or night auditor is highly desired.
- Ability to work independently manage overnight shifts and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Experience with OnQ system for Front Desk is an asset
What will I be doing
As Night Auditor you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Audit post and balance daily cashiers work for outlets including but not limited to outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage
- Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transactionlists.
- Schedule assign daily work inform and train new teammembers.
- Assist as needed with guest delivery to include linens/towels amenities etc.
- Provide a warm and welcoming front desk experience to our late-night arrivals.
- Must be able to work the overnight shift
