Job Description
A growing behavioral health organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead ABA clinical operations across the region. This leadership role is ideal for a certified BCBA with a passion for quality care team development and operational excellence. The Clinical Director will oversee service quality provide mentorship to BCBAs and collaborate with internal departments to ensure coordinated and effective delivery of behavioral health services.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve clinical standards across the region
Collaborate with the Regional Director and Case Management teams to ensure seamless service coordination
Interview and hire BCBAs guiding the onboarding process
Oversee the quality of services provided to clients ensuring best practices and ethical compliance
Conduct regular case reviews with BCBAs offering mentorship and clinical oversight
Monitor BCBA performance providing feedback and opportunities for professional development
Coordinate with Case Management to ensure proper staff placement
Partner with the Training & Development team to implement regional provider training
Work cross-functionally to ensure ethical and effective service provision
Consult with Assessment and Quality Assurance teams to proactively address BCBA challenges
Track and promote caseload productivity and parent/client satisfaction
Document all provider interactions and correspondence thoroughly
Participate in departmental meetings and implement improvements as needed
Ensure adherence to all company policies ethical standards HIPAA and applicable regulations
Ideal Qualifications:
Certified BCBA in good standing
Proven experience in clinical oversight case management and team development
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
Deep understanding of ABA best practices and ethical standards
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
Passion for improving care outcomes and mentoring clinical professionals
This role is ideal for a clinical leader ready to make a regional impact through operational and therapeutic excellence.
Salary: $110k $150k/Year
