DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide assistance in the ongoing maintenance and administrative functions of the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system with a solid focus on ensuring the accuracy consistency and integrity of all data maintained within the platform.
- Offer support to the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team by performing data entry tasks updating employee records and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and data quality within the system.
- Collaborate with team members to help identify fix and resolve basic technical issues or system errors reported by users aspiring to maintain smooth and uninterrupted system functionality.
- Assist in the creation compilation and detailed analysis of various human resources reports and metrics giving to data-driven decision-making and strategic planning efforts.
- Take part in the review testing and implementation processes for new system enhancements additional modules tools process improvements or software updates to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.
- Support the upkeep and organization of system-related documentation including the development and maintenance of comprehensive user guides and reference materials.
- Provide timely and accurate support to end-users by responding to inquiries clarifying processes and assisting with any issues related to the HRIS system and its functionalities.
- Contribute to data migration and system integration efforts by assisting with the preparation validation and transfer of data between platforms or systems ensuring a detailed transition and system compatibility.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Good attention to detail and timeliness; previous experience with handling/analyzing data;
- Proficient English language skills (verbal and written);
- Good communication skills;
- High level of integrity confidentiality and tact;
- Ability to prioritize and handle own workload with a proactive can do perspective
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel);
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Prior experience or familiarity with working on or handling databases
- Knowledge of the German language
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Outlook including managing emails calendars and scheduling
- Previous experience such as internship volunteering work and travel etc. (part-time or full-time).
