Early Career Teacher (ECT) Year 3 Class (Maternity Cover).
Are you a committed and motivated Early Career Teacher ready to begin your teaching journey in a supportive and welcoming environment
St Marys CofE Primary is seeking a dedicated and passionate ECT to join our team for a one-year maternity cover teaching our delightful Year 3 class from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to develop and thrive within a nurturing school environment. As a Year 3 Class Teacher you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons and ensuring every child feels valued supported and challenged in their learning journey.
You will:
- be a motivated and reflective ECT committed to continuous professional development
- have high expectations of pupils and a strong belief in every childs ability to succeed
- be able to create a warm inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
