You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an Account Manager on the Customer Success team you will own a portfolio of Dash Socials existing mid-market customers guiding them from platform adoption through to long-term success. Focused on driving gross retention and identifying expansion opportunities youll build trusted relationships with key stakeholders proactively support customer goals and ensure continued value from our platform. Partnering closely with the broader Customer Success team youll deliver a seamless and strategic customer experience that supports retention satisfaction and sustained revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is an experienced sales representative and/or account manager with an ability to effectively adapt to a fast pace rapidly changing industry and company. We require exceptional communication skills in order to build and maintain the trust of our existing customers.
