This is an opportunity for a dynamic individual to make an important contribution to a fast-paced entrepreneurial team in a market leading firm. Connor Clark & Lunn Investment Management is a global institutional asset management firm and the Quantitative Equity (Q) Team is our largest group. What You Will Do The Executive Assistant and Team Administrator will combine proactive executive level support for the teams two leaders while coordinating the activities of the broader team. You will be involved in supporting executive leaders providing administrative support to the broader Q management team and implementing strategies to support the Teams growth strategy. You will work with executives within the firm as well as dealing with client and prospect interactions. Managing the needs of multiple stakeholders will be an important part of this role. Some of the main aspects of this role will be: - Calendar management of the Team Leaders for business and travel needs
- Organizing key meetings for various groups within the firm
- Supporting the coordination of recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Plan significant team-wide events such as annual off-sites and partner events
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team on external engagements such as client meetings sales pitches and activities with external boards including coordinating logistics and preparing materials such as agendas presentations and briefing documents
- Manage and coordinate staff and partner requests with office managers and IT
- Work closely with the leadership team on corporate initiatives and internal communications
What You Bring - Industry Knowledge:You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role working directly with senior managers in an organization.
- Adaptability:You bring an energetic solutions-focused mindset to a dynamic role with the ability to adapt quickly and tackle challenges head-on
- Reliable:You are dependable and able to maintain matters of confidentiality.
- Communication: Your communication skills are clear and timely on both written and verbal platforms.

- Efficiency:You are a quick-learner who is able to receive direction act efficiently and work independently on the management and execution of tasks.
- Organizational Skills:You have excellent event planning skills and are able to adapt to different environments.
- Technology:You have demonstrated proficiency in technology and office applications such as video conferencing platforms and Microsoft Office programs.
