Customer Billing Operations manages our billing and revenue collection services that enable us to deliver sustainable water services to the people of provide a safe place for our people positive culture and have a strong commitment to developing and empowering our people to deliver our best performance.
We currently have a vacancy within our Payments and Sundry team which is based in our Balcatta office. Our team is responsible for the collection of over $5M (10M) in revenue daily and covers a variety of functions such as reconciliation refund requests payment investigations and sundry billing activities.
