We have an immediate opening for an Automotive General Manager in Cleveland TN (McDonald) responsible for the teams at Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM.
Candidates for this position must have proven success in automotive sales team building customer satisfaction and successful management of automotive dealerships as a General Manager or General Sales Manager.

Qualifications:
- It is recommended that general managers have at least five years automotive general manager experience.
- Managers are required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Management personnel require strong communication skills to deal with customers employees and vendors as they represent the dealership.
