You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob Summary: Under the supervision of the CEO the Human Resources Director is responsible for enhancing departmental function by overseeing the HRIS workflow processes employee benefits maintaining personnel audit requirements maintaining employee handbook and HR policies and procedures. This employee is tasked with the strategic management of the Human Resources function. This includes but not limited to recruiting retention orientation workers compensation unemployment investigations & corrective action (in collaboration with QA involving a client) and performance management. Advise managers on organizational policy matters related to personnel such as attendance harassment and recommend needed changes. This employee will oversee recruiting interviewing background checks and hiring of staff. Consult with administrative team on strategic planning serve as a culture change agent and the link between the organizations management and its employees.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Education and Experience:
Requires Bachelor Degree in in human resources business administration organizational development or related field with 2-4 years of mid-level HR job duties. Prefers Masters Degree in human resources management organizational development or business administration with PHR/SHRM-CP Certification. Prefers four (4) years experience with HRIS management recruitment and orientation facilitation
Must have valid drivers license and proof of automobile insurance as required.
