Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting Physicians in providing good customer service and direction to all patients with in the CPG physician office. This ensures quality health care and patient satisfaction to meet the needs of patient care with in the Physicians office. The patient care will range from children to geriatrics.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Customer service experience
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to be courteous and cooperative when working with patients and their families
Ability to be flexible work independently and prioritize multiple activities/tasks as well as take directions from other staff members Physicians and supervisor with strive
Ability to instruct and educate patients regarding office process and procedure
Must also use the Electronic Medical Records with ease and confidence
It is essential for the EHP staff to follow department policies financial policies in accordance to the CHS Organizational Policy Manual
