Job Description

Assistant Project Manager

Role Overview

The Assistant Project Manager provides support to the project management team in planning coordinating and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. They assist in managing project schedules budgets resources and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Project Planning
  • Budget Management
  • Resource Allocation
  • Risk Management
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Quality Assurance
  • Documentation Management

Experience you need to be considered

  • Project Management Skills: Basic knowledge of project management principles methodologies and tools used to plan execute and monitor projects. Willingness to learn and develop project management skills under the guidance of experienced project managers.
  • Industry Experience: Experience within an electrical environment ideally in Power Utilities Renewables or Rail sectors.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address project issues resolve conflicts and propose solutions in a timely manner.
