And guess what Were on the hunt for a brilliant Product Designer to be the creative spark behind our next show-stopping collections. This is a fantastic opportunity to really make your mark and add your flair to our already industry-leading range.
Forget just dipping your toe in the water; youll be diving headfirst into exciting projects working closely with our BOSS Product Marketing and Logistics teams to craft truly suite designs that set us apart in a fast-paced market. From gorgeous ceramics to beautiful brassware (taps and showers thatll make you sing in the shower!) stylish furniture handy accessories and those delightful decorative touches for the bathroom and beyond youll have a hand in it all!
What Youll Be Getting Up To:
- Lead the charge in creating fresh and exciting bathroom bits and bobs plus cracking home products all driven by what our customers really want (and what will make our categories grow!).
- Pitch your brilliant new collections cleverly mixing our current winners with your unique never-seen-before designs. Think harmonious pairings that are a real match!
- Get your design on by briefing or creating individual components and dreaming up snazzy new colours and finishes for our existing lines its all about adding those tempting new angles to boost sales.
- Become a trend detective! Youll be sniffing out the hottest design vibes from hotels and restaurants then cleverly translating them into must-have pieces for the homeowner.
- Get into the minds of our customers by defining design audiences and profiles making sure your creations are spot on and utterly appealing.
- Help us shape and shine our in-house design process from the nitty-gritty of material research right through to those exciting product sampling stages.
- Charm us with your ideas! Youll be pitching your designs to the wider team and taking on board commercial needs and feedback like a pro.
Are You Our Next Design BOSS
Even if you dont tick every single box below wed still love to hear from you this is a brand-new role after all!
- Youve got some solid qualifications in a design or creative field.
- Youve got experience designing lovely things for the home whether its decorative pieces or practical homeware.
- You understand the journey of a product from concept to customer the commercial design process.
- Youre handy with CAD and illustration software you can bring your visions to life!
- Youre a confident presenter and can pitch your ideas with style.
- Youve got a good eye for interior product design or just a natural flair for making spaces look amazing.
- Youre a great listener and collaborator able to take on feedback and work with others to create the best possible products for our Victorian Plumbing fans.
The Nitty-Gritty:
- Full-time permanent based in our BRAND NEW Leyland Site (With an on-site costa coffee)
- Bonus points if youve got a Bachelors degree (though your passion and skills are what really count!).
- A year or so of CAD and Illustration experience would be the tiles on the roof but show us what youve got!
