We are looking for a strong strategic commercially and operationally driven leader to take charge of our Locker Network Division in Finland. You will be part of the Finnish Commercial team and report to the Head of Commercial. Your main job is to grow one of the countrys fastest-growing delivery networks. This means finding great locker spots making long-term deals and ensuring steady growth. This is an important national role in Finland with high visibility within our growing company.
Lead the strategy and execution of Finlands parcel locker network driving growth market share and operational excellence
Identify and secure top locker locations and build strong partnerships with major retail chains property owners and local stores
Negotiate long-term agreements and manage partner relationships from first contact to ongoing collaboration
Use data to guide smart decisions on placement efficiency and customer impact
Coach and support a team of three (Field Sales Operational Specialist Installer) while handling planning budgeting and reporting
Represent Budbee in meetings public appearances and industry events across Finland
Proven experience in B2B sales retail partnerships or account management ideally with national chains malls or real estate
Familiarity with logistics facilities management or FMCG retail is a strong plus
Excellent negotiation skills and confidence when engaging with senior leaders
Clear communicator who stays calm under pressure and handles tough conversations with ease
Strategic analytical thinker who makes smart data-informed decisions Strong commercial drive able to juggle day-to-day execution with long-term planning
A couple of years experience leading and coaching teams with goal frameworks like KPIs and OKRs
Fluent in both Finnish and English
A relevant Bachelors or Masters degree (e.g. Business Economics Marketing).
Experience scaling a physical network or infrastructure business
A strong local network in Finlands retail real estate or logistics sectors
Passion for using data and customer insights to drive real-world impact
