Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award-winning multi-licensed broker who offers online CFD trading on FX crypto oil metals shares and indices and seeking to onboard a Retention Agent to join their team in Limassol Cyprus.
Position: Retention Agent
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Work model: on site
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients assigned at the initial stage of engagement.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships by offering personalized support and assistance.
- Improve client retention by providing consistent value and fostering trust.
- Encourage increased client engagement and deposits through proactive communication and strategic support.
- Deliver training and educational support related to financial trading platforms and instruments.
- Maintain a structured schedule for client interactions including calls follow-ups and meetings.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance and retention targets in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
- Be available to work flexible hours including occasional non-standard shifts as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- 23 years of experience in client retention account management or a related sales-focused role preferably within the financial services sector.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related discipline (preferred but not required).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Solid understanding of financial trading products including CFDs and Forex markets.
- Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4 and MT5.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear client-friendly manner.
- Self-driven goal-oriented and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
- Willingness to work full-time from a designated office location.
