Job Description
Experience in a healthcare or payer environment specifically with knowledge of revenue cycle or risk adjustment.
- Identify gaps in risk adjustment analysis by evaluating existing payers plans and methodologies.
- Developing and maintaining alternative submission methodologies: Recapture missed coding opportunities and improve data accuracy.
- Collaborating with stakeholders: Work with medical directors and clinical staff to provide coding education and support Risk Adjustment initiatives.
- Analyzing data and identifying trends: Identify trends and insights to inform business decisions related to risk adjustment.
