Internship in B2C E-Commerce Operations & CRM (f_m_x) at Craftly in Berlin

At Craftly we produce and distribute a variety of do-it-yourself kits for beverages food and cosmetics worldwide under the brands DoYourGin Craftly and MUYbody. Weve already reached hundreds of thousands of customers in the EU and the US and we continue to grow exponentially every year. Aufgaben

English

• Order Processing: You will handle and track customer orders from acceptance to delivery ensuring that everything is completed on time and accurately.
• Customer Service: You will be the direct contact for our customers via email answering inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Returns & Exchanges: You will process returns and exchanges ensuring a quick and hassle-free resolution.
• Review Management: You will regularly monitor customer reviews reach out when necessary to offer solutions and post targeted responses to actively improve the customer experience and strengthen trust in our brand.
• Reporting: You will maintain customer data and order statuses and assist in generating reports on orders and customer interactions.
• Collaboration & Coordination: You will work closely with other teams like marketing and logistics to ensure a seamless and outstanding customer experience.

• Auftragsabwicklung: Du bearbeitest und verfolgst Kundenbestellungen von der Auftragsannahme bis zur Auslieferung und sorgst dafr dass alles pnktlich und korrekt erledigt wird.
• Kundenservice: Du bist der direkte Ansprechpartner fr unsere Kunden per E-Mail beantwortest Anfragen lst Probleme und stellst sicher dass sie stets zufrieden sind.
• Retouren & Umtausch: Du bearbeitest Retouren und Umtauschflle und kmmerst dich um eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung.
• Review Management: Du berwachst regelmig Kundenbewertungen nimmst bei Bedarf Kontakt auf um Lsungen anzubieten und verffentlichst gezielte Antworten um das Kundenerlebnis aktiv zu verbessern und das Vertrauen in unsere Marke zu strken.
• Reporting: Du pflegst die Kundendaten und Bestellstatus und untersttzt uns bei der Erstellung von Reports zu Bestellungen und Kundeninteraktionen.
• Kollaboration und Koordination: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams wie Marketing und Logistik zusammen um eine nahtlose und hervorragende Kundenerfahrung sicherzustellen.

Qualifikation

English

• You are a student (m/f/d) in a relevant field of study (e.g. Business Administration Marketing Communications).
• You have an interest in Sales Customer Relationship Management and Online Marketing.
• You bring initiative teamwork and strong communication skills.
• You speak fluent English and German is a plus.
• You have experience with common office tools (Word Excel etc.) and ideally also with Google Workspace.
• Prior experience in E-Commerce is a plus.
• You are motivated proactive and able to structure and complete tasks independently while taking responsibility for your results.
