Chonk is a fast-growing virtual pet app with a highly engaged Gen Z audience. Weve found strong product-market fit and are now looking to scale aggressively through organic and paid acquisition. Were a small product-focused startup where every team member has real ownership.
Were looking for someone to fully own and drive user acquisition. Youll lead everything: from building creative to managing the accounts analyzing performance and exploring new channels. This isnt a just run the ads role were looking for someone excited to test learn and push into new directions. Youll also have a real say in product features and experiments that drive growth we strongly believe UA and product go hand-in-hand.
Tasks
- Develop and lead Chonks user acquisition strategy across multiple paid channels (TikTok Meta Google and whatever channels you believe will work)
- Independently create and iterate on ad creatives
- Analyze campaign data identify trends and optimize for performance and ROI
- Explore and evaluate emerging channels platforms and growth opportunities
- Own budgeting forecasting and reporting for UA performance
- Work cross-functionally with product and community teams to align on growth priorities
Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on UA experience ideally in gaming consumer apps or mobile-first products
- Youre comfortable doing both the creative and analytical sides of UA from producing ads to managing budgets
- You have a strong grasp of UA metrics (CPI ROAS LTV retention etc.) and know how to balance growth with efficiency
- Youve worked in a startup or small team before youre used to figuring things out and running with them
- Youre curious creative and not afraid to try things that havent been done yet
