We are seeking a talented WS to join our Compliance&Operations team in Berlin.
Founded in 2015 by industry leaders from McKinsey and Zalando bonify has gathered substantial investment from renowned international venture capital firms such as Mosaic Ventures and Ribbit Capital as well as visionary entrepreneurs including the founders of Zalando and Raisin. Now bonify is ready for the next step: thanks to our acquisition by SCHUFA we are ready for further advancement fresh ideas and limitless growth.
Your tasks
- Support daily operational and compliance-related processes
- Assist in maintaining internal compliance documentation checklists and records
- Conduct regulatory and market research
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on risk and compliance-related tasks
- Support the implementation of process documentation and policy updates
- Maintain and update internal compliance and operational tools (e.g. trackers logs)
- Engage or partially manage exciting cross-functional initiatives work closely with the team on operational and compliance topics
Requirements
- Enrolled in a university program in Business Management Economics or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides) and Atlassian tools (Confluence Jira)
- Passionate about AI
- Clear communicator with a structured proactive mindset
- Native German skills & C2 English
- Team-oriented and eager to learn and to participate in a fast-paced environment. And most importantly: curious not judgmental
