Job Description
Overview
As a Mbbs RMO (Resident Medical Officer) in Ludhiana you will play a pivotal role in providing medical care and support to patients within the healthcare facility. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall patient well-being and ensure efficient operation of the medical facility.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting regular patient assessments and examinations.
- Prescribing and administering appropriate treatment and medications.
- Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate care.
- Recording and maintaining accurate patient medical records and reports.
- Collaborating with the medical team to optimize patient care plans.
- Participating in ward rounds and patient handover processes.

Required qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid state medical council registration.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Solid understanding of medical principles procedures and practices.
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Capability to work flexible hours including night shifts and weekends.
- Commitment to adhering to ethical and professional standards.
