The Laparoscopic MS DNB Surgeon plays a vital role in the medical community by performing minimally invasive surgeries with precision and care. This position is critical as it directly impacts patient outcomes making it essential for surgeons to possess both technical expertise and therapeutic knowledge. In addition to performing surgeries the surgeon is responsible for mentoring junior team members providing hands-on training and fostering a supportive learning environment. As a member of our healthcare facility the Laparoscopic MS DNB Surgeon will contribute to cutting-edge healthcare practices and patient education while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laparoscopic surgical procedures with precision.
- Diagnose and treat patients to ensure quality care.
- Oversee surgical teams and delegate tasks accordingly.
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to junior surgeons.
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative evaluations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Stay current with advancements in laparoscopic surgery techniques.

Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS) from an accredited institution.
- Specialized training in General Surgery.
- DNB (Diplomate of National Board) in General Surgery completed.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in laparoscopic surgery.
- State medical license and board certification.
- Strong knowledge of surgical anatomy and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively mentor and teach junior staff.
- Commitment to high standards of patient care.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in medical technology and equipment.
