Overview
The PGT Hindi Teacher plays a pivotal role in fostering a rich cultural environment while enabling students to develop proficiency in the Hindi language. As a subject expert the teacher will not only focus on teaching language skills but also instill an appreciation for Hindi literature poetry and culture. This position is important as it directly influences students understanding and mastery of the Hindi language essential for their academic growth and personal development. Furthermore the PGT Hindi Teacher will contribute to the schools mission of promoting multilingualism and inclusivity preparing students to thrive in a diverse world. This role requires a dedicated educator who can implement engaging teaching strategies assess student progress and support individual learning needs all while collaborating with fellow educators and stakeholders to create a thriving educational atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
- Create and teach Hindi curriculum aligned with educational standards.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback.

- Organize and participate in cultural events that promote Hindi literature.

Required Qualifications
- Master s degree in Hindi or related field from an accredited institution.
- Bachelor s degree in Education specializing in Hindi.
- Teaching certification or license for secondary education.
- Minimum of 3 years experience teaching Hindi at the secondary level.
- Strong command of Hindi language both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with language teaching methodologies.
- Experience in curriculum design and development.
- Proven classroom management skills.
- Ability to cultivate a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Documented success in improving student outcomes.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
