Were hiring a strategic and experienced cybersecurity leader to strengthen and oversee our digital security programs. This role is essential in building enterprise-wide protection across systems networks and applications. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance reduce risk and embed security best practices into everything we build and operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and of security architecture across a dynamic tech environment.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 SOC 2 GDPR and PCI-DSS.
- Identify emerging threats and implement solutions to mitigate business risk.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate secure development practices (OWASP SonarQube Qualys).
- Oversee IAM strategies network protection incident response and system monitoring.
- Manage security incidents and post-event analysis to improve resilience.
- Drive role-based access controls and disaster recovery procedures.
Qualifications:
- 7 years in cybersecurity or network defense including architecture and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS preferred) IAM and regulatory standards.
- Experience leading SOC operations security audits and incident handling.
- Excellent communication leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to align security with business and technical priorities.
- Masters degree in cybersecurity or related field.
- Required: CISSP
- Bonus: CEH CISA CCSK SANS/GIAC certifications
Compensation: $175000 - $200000 base salary DOE Full medical insurance dental benefits and more EOO.
