Job Description
Job Title: FLEXCUBE Technical Consultant / Developer
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Location: Marathahalli Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time
Domain: Core Banking Oracle FLEXCUBE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically strong FLEXCUBE Technical Consultant to join our team in Marathahalli Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in PL/SQL development FLEXCUBE customization and end-to-end implementation. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities good knowledge of banking modules and experience with Oracle RAD tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement PL/SQL scripts stored procedures and backend components.
Customize FLEXCUBE modules using Oracle RAD (UI forms workflows business rules).
Assist in the installation and setup of FLEXCUBE environments (DEV/TEST/PROD).
Troubleshoot issues and provide quick resolutions across key modules.
Collaborate with QA Business Analysts and Project Managers to deliver robust solutions.
Analyze logs and trace files to fix bugs and implement patches.
Work independently with minimal supervision displaying strong ownership and initiative.
Required Skills:
Strong PL/SQL Development
Hands-on experience with database scripting batch jobs data corrections.
FLEXCUBE 12.x and Higher Expertise
Experience in customization upgrades or implementations.
Exposure to FLEXCUBE 14.x features is a plus.
Oracle RAD Customization Skills
Ability to modify workflows forms and dynamic scripting.
Proficiency in UI customization and form builder.
FLEXCUBE Environment Setup
Installation experience across DEV TEST and PROD environments.
Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic DB configurations and deployment automation.
Module Expertise and amp; Debugging
CASA (Current and amp; Savings Accounts)
CL (Consumer Lending)
RT (Retail and amp; Corporate Transactions)
IC (Interbank and amp; Clearing)
Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
Self-Driven and Fast Learner
Comfortable learning new tools and processes independently.
Efficient Bug Fixing and amp; Log Analysis
Quick resolution of issues by analyzing logs and applying suitable patches.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to FLEXCUBE integrations with external systems (OFSAA OBIEE etc..
Understanding of Agile methodologies or SDLC in BFSI domain.
Oracle certification or FLEXCUBE-specific training.
