Job Description
Overview
This state of the art practice prides themselves on providing our professionals with high-end technology including the Daytona Optomap for comprehensive screenings Zeiss OCT and Easyfield analyzer for precise medical testing. Located on the second floor of a busy shopping center within a national retail setting this business benefits from daily exposure a diverse patient base and an unbeatable location for walk-in and referral growth. Our intuitive referral system supports cataract and refractive surgery co-management with top institutions like Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute and other local ophthalmologists.

Schedule
We are currently looking to fill a 4 day a week position Monday through Thursday with occasional Saturday coverage. (5 days/week also considered)
Responsibilities
- Provide professional warm and friendly service to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
- Educate patients on eye health and preventative care.
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams diagnosing and treating vision problems and eye diseases.
- Assess visual alertness field of vision hand-eye coordination and identify eye defects.
- Foster a positive work environment collaborating effectively with support staff and providing guidance and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Hold or be eligible for a valid Washington state license.
- Highly motivated with a commitment to excellence in eye care and patient satisfaction.
- Dedicated to continuous learning and professional development.
- Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits
- $68.75/hr 8 hour shifts Mon-Sat 6 hrs on Sunday with $50 bonus for working Sunday as shift differential.
