Job Description
Set-up and Location: Onsite/WFH (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga or Cebu)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AWST) 9:00 AM-6:00 (PH Time)

We seek a Drafter to prepare detailed drawings for building permits ensuring compliance with local planning and building requirements. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in producing full working drawings and collaborating with engineers and consultants to deliver cost-effective design solutions. This role is critical for the successful execution of construction projects and maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
What You ll Do
- Prepare detailed drawings for building permits including construction details and prestart variations.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local planning and building regulations.
- Produce full working drawings and coordinate with engineers and air conditioning consultants to integrate
- necessary specifications.
- Check drawings for accuracy and ensure all details are in accordance with project requirements.
- Liaise with other departments and external consultants to find effective and cost-efficient design solutions.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the drafting process.
- Meet project deadlines and work effectively under time constraints
Requirements
What You Bring
Were looking for someone who:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in the local residential market or related experience.
- Proficient with ArchiCAD 25 and the 4D library is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and external consultants.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate high-quality work.

Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in estimation, project costing, or a similar role. Proficiency in AroFlo CRM, and Groundplan software. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and regulatory standards. Speak English well. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in reviewing plans and documentation. Strong IT skills with the ability to learn and adapt to various tools and systems.
