Appointment Setter - Life Insurance

Schedule:

  • 40 hours/week

  • 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM Central Time

Client Timezone: Central Time


Were seeking a skilled Appointment Setter to join our high-performing life insurance team and play a crucial role in connecting qualified prospects with life-changing insurance solutions. Youll be working with warm leads using proven easy-to-follow scripts to schedule appointments and facilitate live transfers for immediate sales presentations. This role offers excellent growth potential through performance-based compensation and the opportunity to work directly with a record-breaking sales professional who understands the value of quality appointment setting. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to warm pre-qualified life insurance leads using provided scripts

  • Set appointments to connect prospects with sales presentations via Zoom

  • Facilitate live transfers when prospects are available for immediate consultations

  • Schedule future appointments for prospects who cannot meet immediately

  • Handle prospect questions concerns and objections with professionalism and skill

  • Utilize the primary POS policy service review script for most interactions

  • Navigate and update the companys proprietary CRM system (Impact Mobile)

  • Make calls using integrated Zoom phone system

  • Book appointments through the companys scheduling platform

  • Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in real-time

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimize conversion rates


Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills with clear professional accent

  • 2-3 years of appointment setting experience preferred (1 year minimum)

  • Proven ability to handle objections and rebuttals effectively

  • Comfortable and confident with high-volume outbound calling

  • Experience with CRM systems and phone platforms

  • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural engaging conversation flow

  • Strong persuasion and communication skills

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet professional work environment

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

  • Availability to work Central Time business hours

  • Performance-driven mindset with desire for growth and advancement opportunities
