As an Application Developer you will be responsible for designing building and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams developing application features troubleshooting and debugging and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application design and development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
Provide solutions to problems for immediate and multiple teams.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition Life Insurance domain experience.
Design and implement microservices based solutions and strategy.
Suggest optimal solutions to client teams and actively participate in solution evaluation.
Strong experience in application development with Spring framework (Spring Boot Web/Security/JPA).
Experience in Java (Java 8) and above development.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
Additional Information:
Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot is required.
A 15 years full-time education is required.
Shift B (12:30pm till 10:00pm).
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in application development.
Proficiency in Spring Boot Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
Experience with Java Enterprise Edition is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
