Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and onboarding of store staff floor sales executives cashiers and supervisors. Handle attendance leaves and shift scheduling for all retail outlets. Monitor and support daily HR operations for multiple store locations including manpower planning and transfers. Maintain employee records ensure documentation compliance and manage HR databases. Coordinate with the payroll team for retail employee salaries incentives and deductions. Address employee grievances disciplinary matters and ensure smooth communication across stores. Conduct HR audits at store level to ensure policy adherence and staff compliance. Assist in implementing HR policies SOPs and training modules for store employees. Prepare and submit HR MIS attrition and manpower reports to the management on a monthly basis. Follow up with store managers and team leaders for staffing appraisals and team feedback.

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR Management or related field. Strong Follow Up Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations for retail (apparel/fashion retail preferred). Strong command of HRMS software Excel and email communication. Well-versed in retail store structures staff issues and operational HR practices. Excellent follow-up coordination and interpersonal skills. Female candidates preferred for this role.
