Follow up on leads and maintain call records

Requirements
Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Experience in tele sales/customer service preferred
Fluent in English & Hindi
Confident polite and persuasive communicator
Independent and team-oriented
Strong listening & problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills; CRM knowledge a plus
