1. Job requirement:
Manage the track access system and the publication of the weekly notice for restricted area access.
Chair Weekly Coordination Meeting with Clients and Contractors for Track Access Request.
Manage the training modules ensuring the companys staff Maintenance Contractors Workshop and Defined Area Tracks users are competence to carry out their works safely.
Responsible to lead and manage the Assistant Superintendent on the day-to-day site operation supervising and auditing of site operation and safety within the Center.
Assist Head of the company to conduct presentation draft management paper tender document manage clients request on plantroom/workshop equipment usage field devices installation along the test track etc.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Company such as review safety/ operation document submit method statement report etc.
Manage work group or contractors for building services/ structure maintenance works core system (Signaling/ Comms/ Control) maintenance works etc. within the Test Centre.
Able to support oversea assignment if necessary.
2. Profile of successful candidate:
Local Degree Certification in E&M Engineering discipline working in railway operation environment.
Candidate with railway operation train testing and commissioning work experiences would be an advantage.
Training will be provided to candidate to perform the railway operation duties.
Will Knowledge of Microsoft Office application for report submission and presentation.
Self-motivated and able to be crossed trained and keen to learn new skills.
Able to lead and take charge of a team of work group.
Possess a relevant Class 3 or 4 local driving license would be an advantage
