We are seeking a proactive and technically inclined Technical Facility Administrator to oversee daily facility operations across all Workcentral hubs in Lagos. The ideal candidate should be organized dependable and have basic knowledge of facility maintenance areas like electrical plumbing and general repairs. You do not need to be a professional technician but this is an entry-level role that requires a good understanding and ability to manage or follow up on the tasks mentioned above. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify report and follow up on maintenance and facility issues (e.g. electrical plumbing air conditioning).
* Perform or coordinate minor repairs room setups and inventory tracking.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all locations.
* Assist hub managers with technical and facility-related tasks.
* Record and track daily facility-related expenses across all hubs
* Maintain detailed reports and logs of facility conditions and maintenance schedules using Excel and Word.
Requirements
* Minimum of an OND or HND from a recognized institution in Nigeria.
* Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Basic understanding of electrical plumbing or general maintenance tasks (professional experience not required).
* Strong communication time management and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and travel between hubs.
* Must be based in Lagos.
