About the Company
Our client is a global leader in the shared services sector with a strong footprint across APAC. As part of their regional finance team they are looking to hire an experienced Senior Analyst AP/AR to join their high-performing team and support financial operations across multiple countries.
Main responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) processes in a shared services setup
Perform invoice processing payment runs bank reconciliations and aging reports
Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in SAP / Oracle / relevant ERP systems
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/customers on dispute resolution and escalations
Prepare monthly closing reports and support audit and compliance processes
Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in AP/AR functions preferably within a shared services or GBS environment
Proficient in SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics
Strong Excel and data reconciliation skills
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English
Self-driven detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
