Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We the RecruitNet team are hiring a Staff Nurse for a leading Nursing home in cork Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Staff Nurse Clinical Nurse Manager and Director of Care in carrying out their diverse tasks.
- Maintain moral and professional principles while providing residents with outstanding care. Respect the "Misuse of Drugs Act" and NMBI regulations when administering medical preparations.
- Effectively work as a team while appreciating the individual contributions of every team member.
- Give each resident individualised thorough nursing care to address their specific needs. fostering good ties with residents and their families by communicating with them clearly and informing them of any pertinent developments.
Requirements
- Experience dealing with senior citizens
- Excellent communication skills fluency in English and familiarity with HIQA standards.
- Own a current NMBI decision letter.
- Possess a current NMBI PIN.
